Refresh is a brand of Prime Comfort Products Pvt. Ltd. It is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of high-quality flexible polyester and polyether PU Foam. It has set up a world-class manufacturing facility at Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh) Unit 1 spread over in 30,000 sq. mt. to serve the north and Ahmedabad (Gujarat) Unit 2 spread over in 34,000 sq. mt. to serve the west and the south.
Promoted by accomplished foam industry professionals, the company is equipped with state-of-art technology with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons and uses some of the latest equipment such as a Hennecke foaming plant, a 60 Meter loop peeler and many other machines.

REFRESH is made in an ultra-modern plant from Hennecke GMGH, Germany, using a 60 Meter loop peeler. Our quality control system is linked to an ERP system, so every mattress can be traced back to its origin.

Quilting with poly wadding and memory foam or PU foam on top, in Turkish or Thailand fabric.
Comfort layers that adapt
In our Natural range, a natural latex layer with 7 zone technology helps relieve pressure at the shoulders and hips. Other models use memory foam, soft foam or C.C. gel premium foam.
A support core built to last
Layered cores of HD foam with soft fibre felt and hard cotton felt. Hybrid models add 3 or 5 zone pocket springs and micro springs for extra bounce back.
Health Guard, long-term cleanliness
Antimicrobial protection helps prevent dust mite infestation and gives long-term bacterial protection. It is wash durable, non-irritant and does not emit volatile organic compounds.

Latex, straight from the rubber tree
Natural latex is a milky substance harvested from rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis) grown in tropical plantations, mostly in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Cambodia. Harvesting the liquid latex is similar to tapping trees for maple syrup. The trees are not harmed, so it is a sustainable resource.
Its pin core and open cell structure helps ventilation and lets body heat escape, for a hygienic and healthy sleep.
